Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current TB test (per school district guidelines)
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete or update necessary clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in classroom, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is advantageous but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
