Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Recent TB test (per district protocol)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Ability to obtain or provide required school clearances

Preferred Background:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, including autism and behavioral challenges
• Experience or training in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a bonus, but not required
