Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual or small-group assistance to students under the direction of teachers and school staff.

• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and active classroom participation.

• Offer supervision, mobility, and personal care support to students.

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• TB test (per district guidelines).
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed.
• All required clearances current, or willingness to obtain before starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care.
• Experience with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed, though not required.
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach.
