What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
• Deliver individualized or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Support implementation of behavior plans and IEPs as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willingness to obtain a TB test (as required by district)
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting or physical support when needed
• Current or attainable school-required clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare setting
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT preferred but not required
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative personality
