Per Diem Instructional Aide in Naperville, IL

What Youll Do:

• Work closely with students to support their academic, behavioral, and social success under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Assist students with classroom routines, participation, and transitions throughout the school day
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as instructed
• Provide supervision and help with mobility and personal care needs when necessary
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student can thrive

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• District-required TB test (or willingness to obtain)
• Current clearances, or willingness to secure them before starting
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with lifting when needed

Preferred Experience:

• Previous roles in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience a bonus (not required)
• Dependable, patient, and enjoys collaborating with a supportive team
