What Youll Do:

• Provide direct 1:1 medical, behavioral, and social support to students during the school day
• Assist with medical needs, daily routines, transitions, and encourage classroom participation
• Support mobility, personal care, and supervision as required
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Adapt care and support based on individual student needs

Minimum Requirements:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current TB test (per district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist students as needed
• Completion of all required clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience (helpful but not mandatory)
• Dedication, patience, reliability, and a collaborative spirit
