Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classrooms
• Offer one-on-one or small-group assistance as directed by educators
• Help students with routines, transitions, and participation throughout the school day
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as instructed
• Provide assistance with mobility, supervision, and personal care when needed
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Meet TB testing requirements as per local regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• All required clearances current or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in education, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT (helpful but not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
