As an essential member of a student support team, youll play an integral role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and behaviorally within classroom settingswhile maintaining control over your schedule and workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 assistance to students as directed by teachers and staff
• Support students medical, behavioral, and daily routine needs
• Assist with transitions, mobility, and classroom participation
• Provide supervision and personal care as required
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and support students physically
• Completion or willingness to obtain all school-mandated clearances before start

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Background working with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Additional skills such as CPR, G-Tube, or Trach support are advantageousbut not required
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
