Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide essential support to students within local schools. As an Instructional Aide, you will work 1:1 with students, helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally while being a vital part of their daily school experience. Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students in classrooms, focusing on academic, behavioral, and social needs
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as guided by teachers and school staff
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom activities
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow students individualized plans (IEPs) when applicable
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all

School Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test in accordance with district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide physical assistance as needed
• Must have current clearances or obtain them before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training or experience a plus
• Demonstrates reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
