Key Responsibilities:

• Aid students individually or in small groups, following teacher and staff guidance
• Foster engagement with classroom routines and transitions
• Support the implementation of behavior plans and IEPs

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Current TB test (or ability to obtain per district guidelines)
• Ability to assist with mobility and lifting
• Current or obtainable background clearances

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience welcomed
• Strong reliability, patience, and teamwork skills
