Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers and staff to provide individualized or small-group support
• Assist students through daily routines, class participation, transitions, and social interactions
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow student IEPs as directed
• Help ensure the safety, supervision, and mobility of students, providing personal care when needed
• Create an inclusive, respectful, and encouraging learning environment
• Maintain reliable communication and professional relationships with educational team members

Basic Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Current or willing to obtain TB test (as required)
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and assist with lifting as needed
• Willingness to complete background clearances as required prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• School, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting experience
• Exposure to supporting students with autism, special needs, or behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not mandatory
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative attitude

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
