Instructional Aide Subs are needed to support students one-on-one in a school-based environment near Modesto, CA. What Youll Do:

• Assist individual students academically, behaviorally, and socially within the classroom
• Work closely with teachers and school staff to provide 1:1 or small-group support
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and encourage classroom participation
• Follow behavior support plans and IEP directives as needed
• Promote mobility, provide supervision, and assist with personal care needs
• Support the creation of a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Ability to complete TB testing and obtain all required school clearances
• Comfortable with standing, walking, or lifting as needed to support students
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Familiarity with supporting students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (not required, but a plus)
• A patient, dependable, and collaborative attitude
