Instructional Aide Substitutes are needed to provide vital support to students in a dynamic, school-based environment. Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance guided by teachers and school staff
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom involvement
• Implement individual behavior support plans and follow IEPs as necessary
• Aid in mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test per district guidelines
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Ability to obtain or possess current school compliance clearances

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in educational, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience valued, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
