Instructional Aide Subs Needed Per Diem School-Based Opportunities

This role is designed for compassionate professionals dedicated to supporting student success within a structured school environment. Working as an instructional aide sub provides flexible, per diem assignments that allow you to impact students academic, behavioral, and social development through one-on-one or small group assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs where applicable
• Support student mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current TB test or willing to obtain per district requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Required clearances up-to-date or willingness to obtain before start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification such as CPI, PMT, or RBT (optional)
• Reliable, patient, and a team-focused approach
