Per Diem Instructional Aide - Mira Loma, CA

Instructional Aide Subs are needed for engaging, flexible, school-based opportunities in the Mira Loma area. In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments
• Delivering 1:1 or small-group assistance under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Aiding students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implementing behavior support plans and following IEPs as necessary
• Assisting with supervision, mobility, and any required personal care
• Maintaining safe, respectful, and inclusive learning spaces

To ensure readiness for a school setting, applicants must:

• Hold a high school diploma or GED
• Be at least 18 years old
• Comply with TB testing requirements
• Show readiness to assist with standing, walking, or lifting
• Have current clearances or be willing to obtain them before starting

Preferred qualities include:

• Experience working in education, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is welcomed but not required
• A compassionate, reliable, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
