What Youll Do:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Provide targeted 1:1 or small-group aid under the direction of teachers
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as applicable
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Recent TB test in line with district guidelines
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Cleared background checks (current or willing to obtain)

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with school, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Previous work supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative nature
