What Youll Do:

• Support students both academically and behaviorally within the classroom

• Assist with mobility, supervision, and, if needed, personal care tasks
• Foster and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• TB test in line with local district requirements
• Willingness to obtain all necessary school clearances prior to starting

Preferred Background:

• Classroom, special education, behavioral health, or child care experience
• Background working with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus but not required)
• Dependable, patient, and a collaborative approach
