Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Mendota, California

Instructional Aide Subs are currently needed for dynamic school-based per diem opportunities! If you are passionate about education and eager to provide 1:1 support to students in a collaborative environment, this flexible position offers a chance to make a genuine difference. What you'll be doing:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance under the guidance of teachers and staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow students IEPs as directed
• Assist with student mobility, supervision, and personal care as necessary
• Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming classroom community

What you'll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Willingness to obtain or provide a recent TB test per school requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and support lifting as needed
• Willingness to secure all required clearances before starting

Preferred experience:

• Prior experience working within schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Practice supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus
• A reliable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
