Per Diem Classroom Aide | Marysville, California

What Youll Do:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom settings
• Work one-on-one or with small groups, following teacher or staff direction
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Help with mobility, supervision, and personal care where required
• Maintain a safe, respectful atmosphere for all students

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Clearance checks prior to starting or willingness to obtain
• Passion for supporting students and a patient, reliable attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Background in education, childcare, behavioral health, or special education
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques is a plus (not required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
