What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially under teacher and staff direction
• Provide individualized (1:1) or small group assistance to enhance students' classroom participation
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and independence skills
• Implement behavior support strategies and respect Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assist with supervision, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Cultivate a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all learners

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the school day, including assisting with lifting as needed
• Recent TB test (per district guidelines) and current or obtainable clearances
• Reliability and a compassionate, team-oriented personality

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with school, child care, behavioral health, or special education settings
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but a plus)
