Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and social needs in classroom and school environments
• Deliver 1:1 or small group support as guided by teachers and school staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and active participation in class
• Implement behavioral supports and follow individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed
• Support students mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when necessary
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning space for all

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test clearance (per district policy)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, or assisting with lifting
• Willingness to obtain all required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in educational, childcare, special education, or behavioral health settings
• Support experience with children with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is helpful but not required
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit are essential
