As an Instructional Aide, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance to students as directed by teachers and school staff
• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally in classroom settings
• Assist students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Help implement behavior support plans, following IEPs as applicable
• Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• TB test (per school district requirements)
• Current or willingness to obtain school-required clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT background a plus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
