• Background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare is a plus
• Experience with students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods is advantageous, though not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
