Instructional Aide Subs Needed | Flexible Per Diem Opportunities

Spindle is seeking motivated instructional aides to play a crucial role in supporting students in school-based settings near Marysville, CA. Position Highlights:

• Take shifts on an as-needed, per diem basis that fit your schedule
• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom environments
• Work with students individually or in small groups, following teacher direction
• Help implement behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, classroom participation, and personal care
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students
• Support supervision and mobility, offering hands-on help as necessary

Mandatory Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• TB test (as required by district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Up-to-date clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus (not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
