In this role, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support as directed by classroom teachers and staff
• Assist students in daily routines, classroom transitions, and encourage active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs, depending on student needs
• Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and encouraging school environment
• Adapt to the evolving needs of students and classrooms

Requirements for school compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test (as required by district guidelines)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Ability to provide or obtain current clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Previous support for students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but helpful)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to work

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
