Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Offer individualized and small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students navigate daily classroom routines, transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Assist with student supervision, mobility, and personal care when needed
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment where every student can thrive

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test (per school requirements)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting or transferring students
• Willingness to obtain or update clearances for school employment

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or challenging behaviors
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus, but not required
• Dependable, patient, collaborative, and eager to make a difference
