What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Offer assistance 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teachers and school staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom engagement
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
• Provide needed support with mobility, supervision, and basic personal care
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning atmosphere

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• Current TB test (per district standards)
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Must have or be willing to obtain all required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous background in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, though not required
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.42 to $30.42. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
