Per Diem Teacher's Aide - Lynnwood, Washington

Per diem, as-needed shifts are available to fit your availability and supplement your experience working in education or related fields.

As an Instructional Aide sub, you will:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance, following direction from teachers and school staff
• Help students with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Facilitate mobility, supervision, and personal care, when necessary
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere

What youll need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test, as required by the district
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and help lift as needed
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain prior to starting

Preferred background:

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Experience with CPI, PMT, RBT (a plus, not required)
• Reliability, patience, and a collaborative approach
