Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom settings
• Assist students individually or in small groups following the direction of teachers and school staff

• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as directed
• Provide mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance as needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• TB test compliance (per district requirements)
• Able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary
• Must have up-to-date clearances or be willing to obtain them before starting

Preferred Background:

• Experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Familiarity with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus, but not required
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented approach
