Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role is highly desirable

- Comfortable assisting students with diverse learning needs, including behavioral or physical challenges
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct classroom support to teachers and students, promoting an engaging learning environment
- Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and modifications under teacher supervision
- Offer academic assistance during assignments, activities, and transitions between tasks
- Help manage and redirect student behaviors to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere
- Assist with classroom setup, material preparation, and clean-up as needed
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times in accordance with school guidelines
