Key Responsibilities:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social guidance to students in classroom settings.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support as directed by teachers and school staff.

Requirements for School Compliance:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Current TB test meeting district standards.
• Ability to actively assist with lifting, mobility, and student supervision.
• Up-to-date or obtainable background clearances before starting.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings.
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism spectrum disorders, or behavioral challenges.
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT methods (not required, but an asset).
• A patient, reliable, and teamwork-oriented approach.
