What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings
• Provide individualized or small-group assistance under direction from teachers and school staff
• Assist with daily routines, transitions, and encouraging classroom participation
• Help implement behavior support plans and follow students IEPs when applicable
• Support mobility, classroom supervision, and personal care needs as required
• Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming school environment

Essential Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test completed as required by local guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Willingness to complete all required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in schools, special education, child care, or behavioral health
• Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a bonus (but not mandatory)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative personality
