Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• TB test (per district requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred experience includes backgrounds in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings. Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges is highly desirable. CPI, PMT, or RBT experience is a plus, though not required. Above all, a reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude is essential.
