What Youll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group classroom support under the guidance of teachers and school staff
• Encourage student participation, engagement, and independence across daily routines and transitions
• Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans or IEPs
• Foster academic, social, and behavioral growth in line with school goals
• Provide supervision, mobility assistance, and personal care support as needed
• Help create a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning atmosphere

School Compliance & Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current TB test (per local requirements)
• Ability to stand, walk, and physically assist students as needed
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required clearances before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in a school, child care, special education, or behavioral health setting
• Comfort supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral/learning challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training welcome, but not required
• Reliable, positive, and collaborative approach to supporting children
