What youll do:

• Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social assistance to students in classroom environments
• Work closely with teachers and staff to deliver 1:1 or small-group support, following IEPs and behavior plans as needed
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, transitions, and, when necessary, personal care or mobility
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning space for all
• Help maintain student engagement and support classroom management
• Ensure compliance with all school standards and policies

What youll bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test, as required by local guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them before starting
• (Preferred) Prior experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• (Preferred) Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• (Preferred) CPI, PMT, or RBT certificationvalued but not required
• Reliability, patience, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
