Instructional Aide Subs are needed to provide essential support for students in a dynamic school environment near Los Angeles, CA. What Youll Do:

• Offer academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classrooms
• Assist students 1:1 or in small groups as directed by school staff or educators
• Facilitate daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as appropriate
• Provide supervision, support student mobility, and assist with personal care if needed
• Help maintain a safe and respectful learning atmosphere

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test as required by local school regulations
• Capable of standing, walking, and providing physical assistance as necessary
• Background clearances current or willing to obtain before start

Preferred Experience:

• Working background in schools, special education, childcare, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are helpful, but not required
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
