Position Responsibilities:

• Support students academic, behavioral, and social development within classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by instructional staff
• Help students with daily school routines, classroom transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as appropriate
• Assist with mobility, provide supervision, and support basic personal care needs
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• TB test per district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials are a plus (not required)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative work ethic

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
