• TB test in accordance with school district policies
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting or assisting students physically when needed
• Willingness to complete clearances prior to working

Preferred experience includes:

• Background working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience assisting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT methods is advantageous, but not essential
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach
