Instructional Aide Subs Needed School-Based | Flexible Opportunities

Position Highlights:

• Assist students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom environments
• Provide 1:1 or small-group guidance under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Help students navigate daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation
• Follow and implement behavior support plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as directed
• Support students' mobility, supervision, and personal care needs when necessary
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for all learners

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• TB test in accordance with district guidelines
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if needed
• Current school clearances or a willingness to obtain required documentation prior to employment

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges highly valued
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus (not required)
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative spirit
