Requirements for school compliance:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test in compliance with district standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances, or ability to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred experience:

• Background in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Familiarity with supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience (a plus, but not required)
• Demonstrated reliability, patience, and ability to work collaboratively
