Key Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18
• TB test in accordance with district requirements
• Capability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances, or willingness to secure them before starting

Preferred Background

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments
• Skills supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT experience appreciated but not required
• Dependable, patient, collaborative approach

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist students in classroom activities, transitions, and daily routines
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group support as directed by educators and school staff
• Implement behavior support plans while following IEPs
• Support students participation, mobility, and personal care needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
