Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support in classroom environments
• Offer 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers
• Support students with daily routines, transitions, and participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs when applicable
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care as needed

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• Current or recent negative TB test
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance
• All mandated clearances current or completed prior to start date

Preferred Experience & Qualities:

• Previous work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Skills with CPI, PMT, or RBT preferred but not required
