What Youll Do:

• Assist students in academic, behavioral, and social tasks within classrooms
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group support as directed by teachers and staff
• Help students with routines, transitions, and daily participation
• Follow IEPs and implement behavior support strategies
• Aid with personal care, mobility, and supervision as needed
• Foster a safe and respectful environment for all learners

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• TB test in compliance with district guidelines
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with physical tasks
• Clear background and district-mandated clearances (current or obtained pre-start)

Preferred Experience:

• Work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Knowledge of CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (a plus but not required)
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach
