What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within classroom settings
• Deliver 1:1 or small group assistance under the direction of teachers and school staff
• Help students with daily routines, class transitions, and active participation
• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and any personal care tasks
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture

What Youll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
• TB test as required by the district
• Ability to stand, walk, and provide lifting assistance as needed
• School-related clearances (current or willing to obtain prior to starting)

Preferred Experience:

• Work experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT (helpful, but not required)
• Patience, reliability, and a collaborative mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
