Your Impact:

• Provide academic, behavioral, and social support to students in classroom environments.
• Deliver individualized assistance to students, either 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teachers.
• Assist with daily routines, student transitions, and classroom participation.
• Implement behavior support plans and follow student IEPs where applicable.
• Support and supervise students mobility and personal care needs.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere for all.

School Compliance Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Willingness to obtain required TB testing (per district guidelines).
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with student lifting as needed.
• Willingness to obtain or provide clearances prior to start date.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care environments.
• Familiarity supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges.
• Background with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices is a plus (not required).
• Strong reliability, patience, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
