What Youll Do:

• Support students academically, socially, and behaviorally within classroom and school settings
• Provide 1:1 or small-group guidance following teacher and staff directions
• Assist students with transitions, routines, and daily classroom participation
• Implement behavior support strategies and follow IEPs as necessary
• Contribute to students personal care, mobility, and safety throughout the school day
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere

Required for School-Based Roles:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• TB test, as required by the district
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when needed
• Current school clearances or willingness to obtain before starting

Preferred Experience:

• Previous roles in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT practices (a plus, not required)
• Patient, reliable, and collaborative approach
