What Youll Do:

• Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance when needed
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to stand, walk, and help with lifting as necessary
• TB test and clearances (current or willing to obtain before starting)

Valued Experience:

• Prior experience in a school, special education, behavioral health, or child care setting
• Background working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT is beneficial but not required
• Dependable, patient, and thrive in a collaborative environment
