Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Clearance of TB test (as required by district)
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Ability to obtain required clearances prior to starting

• Experience in schools, special education, behavioral health, or childcare settings
• Skills in supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Familiarity with CPI, PMT, or RBT techniques (not mandatory)
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to working with others
