This role offers an exciting opportunity to support student learning and classroom management as a paraprofessional in a dynamic school setting located in Long Beach, CA. This position is a contract role for the 25/26 school year, requiring immediate availability and full onboarding prior to start.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers with instructional support and classroom activities
• Providing individualized attention and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment
• Monitoring student behavior and assisting with classroom management
• Supporting communication between staff, students, and families as needed

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Paraprofessional experience in a school environment
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with teachers and staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate availability to begin work
• Completed onboarding process with all necessary documentation
