Key Responsibilities:

• Foster student success in academics, social skills, and behavioral growth
• Offer targeted 1:1 or small-group classroom assistance as guided by educators
• Assist with daily routines, classroom transitions, and activity participation
• Support the implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
• Help with student supervision, mobility support, and personal care as needed
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to meet school health compliance, including TB testing
• Physically able to stand, walk, and assist with lifting
• Willingness to obtain necessary clearances prior to working

Preferred Experience:

• Previous work in schools, child care, special education, or behavioral health
• Experience supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT credentials welcomed but not mandatory
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
